Anyone have any huge zit advice?

i have a huge zit right in the middle of my nose! any advice on how to make the redness go away? its those types of blemishes that happen under your skin btw.Anyone have any huge zit advice?
Ouch! Those ARE PAINFUL! Try some Neutrogena Rapid Clear spot treatment gel. And a hot wash cloth. Either way, it's not going away real fast.Anyone have any huge zit advice?

If you feel a pimple in your skin that hasn't quite appeared yet, wrap an ice cube in a thick cloth and hold it on the suspected spot, take off after 15-20 min.

omg i have one now...i only get them when i stress out or when mother nature blesses me each month but the way i deal is to put a hot compress on it so make it come to the surface...then pop it! (i know its gross and they say not to do it but who wants that on their face?) and put peroxide on it and neosporin and then when you go out put foundation and powder over it and you can not even tell!

Use toothpaste before you go to bed. It works great! Drys it out. Then I use Clearasil during the day.
