Okay, so I do get cold sores. I just recently got over a cold sore.
Here's a pic. Seems like 2 are developing? The one on the left feels kind of like a zit, but I don't want to get it wrong.

Well it's kind of hard to tell...
Just medicate them with whatever you treated the last one with, if you did treat it.
