Very tiny red zit like bumps on penis shaft.?

So I got these very small zit like red bumps on my shaft. I tried squeezing them and nothing came out. I actually just got tested for std's weeks ago and tested negative for everything possible. Any idea of what these are and how to get rid of them? Also.. when I touch them it kinda hurts.. and also I shave daily.Very tiny red zit like bumps on penis shaft.?

If they're just red, it's probably irritation from shaving. Ingrown hairs and things like that can do this.





If the bumps are hard, and the skin resembles plucked chicken skin, it's probably blocked sweat glands or follicles. If you look closely you can see it on a lot of penises. Usually these are flesh tone though, and they're a lot more common on the scrotum.





If they go away naturally, it's from shaving. Try researching methods of shaving your pubic area more gently, get a good razor, replace it often, and try some better shaving cream/gel for sensitive skin. Try to find something without a lot of chemicals. Unscented is always preferred.





Lay a washcloth wet with warm water on the area for a few minutes before shaving, or soak in the tub with it all submerged. Don't shave every day unless you have to, as this will irritate it more than necessary. Be sure you're not shaving it like your face, and always shave in the same direction. Maybe try moisturizing or something after shaving.





I would see a dermatologist for advice if they don't clear up, as it's probably blocked sweat glands if that's the case.
