is simply this: live and learn. In other words...


DO NOT pop your pimples. That will only lead


to infection.


As for a good treatment, avoid creams, such


as Noxzema and PONDS. (Ducks are very fond


of ponds, but when it comes to skin care, that


stuff will actually clog-up your pores.)


Your best buy: NEUTROGENA. They make a


number of varieties, from gentle scrub lotions--


which will open up your pores so they can breathe


sweet sighs of relief--to anti-bacterial soaps,


for body acne.

definetly! you can get the proactive special mask thing. you put it on zits and the next day- gone!


or if u want clearasil has loads of products that help with get rid of zits in as little as 3 days. they have stuff to prevent zits too! good luck!
