I dont know if I heared right but could it be do with white blood cells.What is a zit made of ?

This is by sending white blood cells to the source of infection and this is characteristic swelling and white puss formed. the white bit,i was told also is white blood cells clumping together to fight infection it doesnt look nice but thats why you shouldnt pick at spots because the white bit is trying to clear the red inflamed bit up.
